It took my doctor telling me that I had vocal pre-nodules for me to realize that I needed to change the way I used my voice...

All of these things were the reason I ended up at the doctor's office with no voice left. I had no other choice but to change my ways if I didn't want to end up in this situation over and over again.
And so began my journey of going down the releasing tension rabbit hole...
I couldn't believe it when my voice came back within just a couple days. And what shocked me even more was that I could now sing notes and songs I never could before and best of all, it felt EASY!
