Sometimes when we sing we are using extrinsic muscles in hopes that we can hit the notes more easily. This is where a lot of the tension comes from. We'll learn what muscles are working the most in your case and how to release those muscles.

Breath & Muscle

In singing it all comes down to finding the right balance between breath and muscle. More often than not, many singers who struggle with tension have too much muscle engagement. We will look at how to bring more breath into your singing.

Smooth The Break

If you want to develop a strong mix voice, you need to also have a strong chest- and head voice first. I will give you exercises to work on your head voice so that you can then blend that with your chest voice and create smooth and strong transitions.
